i have no idea what happened to this page ... 1 was down 2 lbs since beginning my new regimen on the 28th ... looking at photos of myself while on vacation ... mmmm ... not pretty ... & the time has come) me on ... i am keeping this as a diary which i shall try to enter my eats each day  & i am in a good mind grame & i have a good friend as a partner to cheer (& jeer when necessary
so let the voyage begin .,,..

sept 30
down 1 lb ... total: 3
so today i walked for 25 minutes/1 mile ... i am totally out of shape to take that long to cover 1 mile! ... but little steps.. little stumpy steps ... will weigh in after my walk whenever possible
kitchen in the process of being gutted so there is no fresh cooking... living with 1 bowl, cup, plate each ... water pot in upstairs bethroom and that is where everything gets washed ... bathroom + kitchen = bitchen ... hope i can hold out for 3 or 4 more weeks ... AAAGGHH ... 
AND on top of everything else, we will be traveling beginning tomorrow ... but i do have a plan ... i will bring protein (chicken), oat bran & yogurt with me to MD & hope there are shrimp in the cocktail offerings ... heading up to zandy's .. other problem: vegetarian ... fortunately i will buy little packets of foods i can eat ... must remember: NO beer!  :o(
eaten today:
cider "tea"
80 cal lemmon chiffon dannon yogurt with 1 1/2 tablespoons oat bran
lunch:
approx 1/4lb turkey with "hot"mustard ( about 150 cal) and some sliced onions leftover from wednesday night's dinner & 2 slices smoked salmon (definitely needs capers ... 70 cal)
drinks: water with peach crystal light
